Just venting here for a minute. I really can’t stand people that are nothing but two faced liars. I also can’t stand people that lie to try and save face because they know what they do and how they act are in the wrong. These people tend to gossip about others constantly to try to make themselves feel better due to something that is lacking or they dislike in themselves. Individuals like this really need to seek professional help.

Well once again it looks like AT&T is in the process of shooting themselves in the foot when it comes to their iPhone customers.  These people are the ones most likely to buy a new iPhone and they are going to charge them $499 instead of the $299 for an upgrade.  What a slap in the face to all of the people that have supported AT&T in the past.   I seem to remember this being an issue last go around when swapping from the iPhone to the iPhone 3G.  You would think AT&T would have learned not to piss off all the Apple fanboys out there.   All I really have to say is fuck you  AT&T!!!

Gas supplies are extremely short here in the Charlotte area.  Usually one in every 8 gas stations seem to actually have gas.  Tempers are flaring with the 30 min to 1 hour lines that you have to wait in just to fill up.  Sometimes you wait in the lines just to have the station run out of gas as you make it to the pump (this happened to me yesterday).  It has been over two weeks since hurricane Ike hit.  My question, where the heck is the gas?

Everyone its alright I have found where our tax money is going this week.  Watching government wasteful spending always gives me the warm fuzzies  .

Have you ever just been irritated and had no earthly reason what the root cause of said irritation is? For the last week and a half I have been exactly this way. I am trying not to show it but I think it ventures out once and a while. Sometimes it will seem to go away for a time when in all actuality it is still there just lingering under the surface. Family, Friends and Co-Workers no matter who or what little stupid things just seem to be setting me off. Oh well, hopefully its just a phase and will go away.

The new iPhone 3G is going to be released upon the world in T Minus 17 hours and counting. Are you iReady? AT&T in there infinite wisdom released info late last week to help get new and current customers “iReady” for the new iPhone 3G.  It appears that if you are a current AT&T customer you are basically going to get screwed on the new iPhones cost, $399 for 8GB version and $499 for the 16GB version.  If you are a new customer you do however get the nice advertised prices of $199 for the 8GB and $299 for the 16GB version.  I have also noticed on my own account that I had a discount upgrade for new phones of $100 off and no $18 upgrade that has now been changed to specify that this doesn’t include iPhone.  What a bunch of bullshit AT&T!!!  I don’t think that AT&T has heard of giving out customer loyalty benefits at all.  If not that then they must know they have any existing customer who wants a new iPhone 3G over a barrel and are going to take full advantage (anyone in the mood to be raped in the ass).  Of course even though I am bitching I will be in line by 7 AM tomorrow ready for my raping.  If you are considering becoming an AT&T customer and wanting and iPhone 3G make sure to check out the iReady link.  You will also want to check out the 3G coverage maps just to make sure you know what you are getting in your area.  It looks as if the 3G areas have been expanded a little since last I looked.  I noticed Fayetteville, NC and Hope Mills, NC actually look to be 3G covered now.  What do think about all this iPhone 3G hype and your dealings with AT&T?

Today I went on a little web quest to try and locate some local computer parts and supply stores in my area.  I found out that there are a great deal of them in the Charlotte area but I have one problem with just about all of them.  NONE OF THEM SEEM TO HAVE WEBSITES.  I am sorry for the yelling but I find it really hard to stomach that a store that is dedicated to selling parts and supplies for a computer doesn’t have a website.  It is utterly fucking rediculous.  There I said it.  If you are in the computer industry and your business is selling computer parts and equipment you should have a website to help drive the users of computers to you.  I know it made it very hard for myself to venture out and visit any of these store locations due to the fact that I couldn’t even tell what type of stuff they were selling.  I want to give props to one business that I found that actually looked promising in the area (at least from the website)  ATD-INC.  Out of all the listings for computer dealers in the area they are the only one that seemed to have a website that provided information on what they sell.  Any way,  I guess my point as I am sure you have already guessed is that if you are going to sell computer parts and services have a website so intrested customers can check you out!!

Ok I had to get on here and vent for a minute.  This has been a incredibly bad day.  So far today alone I have had issues with connectivity to work via our VPN.  Debating whether this issue is due to my equipment or something else on RR’s end.  Next I was going out to the store getting in the car at the house I break the clip on my work blackberry.  It gets worse.  While leaving the store and getting into the car I had both the blackberry with the newly broken clip and my Iphone in my pocket and I hear crunch.  I have now also shattered the screen on the Iphone.  Can things get much worse today.  Ok time to get on the phone with apple to see what I have to do about getting the screen replaced on this thing.    So much for that hard to break screen.  GREAT!!!!

As I was driving in to work today I was assured by my SUV that today was Monday.  It seems like Mondays are the days that all the shit for the week blows up and hits the fan.  As I was driving I noticed that my fuel gauge had decided that it wanted to do a wild dance going back and forth between E, 1/2 and F.  After sighing and realizing that I knew the tank was full since I had just filled it up the day before I arrived at work.  Immediately after doing a few startup tasks I checked to see what could be the problem.  According to the WEB apparently my vehicle and many others have had issues with  SULFUR buildup on the level sensing unit in the tank.  They list other problems which of course are a lot worse so I hope I have none of them.  The vehicle is still under warranty at least but I will try the web solution first of running some Techron Fuel System Cleaner in a tank of gas first.  It definitely beats having to take the Truck in and being vehicleless for a few days.
